I was referred to Fernando's shop by a friend for a full color change and told 'they are the very best', from the minute you walk in the entire shop is clean, beautiful cars everywhere. They are craftsman. They completely changed the look of my 911. They are the best.+1Posted on Google
Peter Morawiec21 July 2026Amazing experience! To say my Cayenne came back to life with color PPF is an understatement. The XPEL red looks deeper and richer than Porsche Guards Red! Fernando and his team made sure everything was perfect and even insisted I came back in a few weeks to double check the work. Couldn’t be happier! -Pete M.Posted on Google

Marina12 May 2026Quoted $125.00, invoice says $125.00 paid in full, but card charged $148.79. Business claimed 3.5% fee, which doesn’t match the amount. No clear explanation provided. THIS TURNED OUT TO BE OUR ERROR..NOT AUTO CONCIERGE — As far as the work, it was completed in a timely manner. The shop is very clean and the staff very professional.Posted on Google
Mario Guzman25 April 2026had an outstanding experience with Auto Concierge Boerne. They installed XPEL XR Plus window tint on both my Armada and Ram 2500, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The level of professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Victor and his team took the time to walk me through the options, explain the benefits, and made sure everything was done right the first time. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Constant updates kept me in the loop and it was genuinely appreciated. The quality of the install is top-notch and you can tell they take real pride in their work. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for high-end work done right, this is the place. Highly recommend.+16Posted on Google
Jaime Perez15 April 2026I was very impressed of the quality of work Auto Concierge in Bourne Texas did on my new truck. Victor gave my wife and I a tour of the facility. Showed us in detail all they were going to do and even spoke to some of the technicians and completed the work ahead of schedule!! It was certainly worth driving all the way from Lubbock Tx to have this professional work done!! If you want a professional job done on your vehicle, I recommend Auto Concierge in Bourne Tx.Posted on Google
Christopher Duong14 April 2026I recently had my vehicle tinted and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, taking the time to explain the different tint options and what would work best for my needs. The installation was quick and done with great attention to detail, with no bubbles or imperfections—just clean, high-quality work. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which added to my confidence in their service. Since getting the tint done, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in heat and a big improvement in overall driving comfort. Pricing was fair and the final result exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Auto Concierge to anyone looking for professional window tinting and will definitely return for future work.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
